Ti Kay Music brings you the Caribbean's underground music that you want to play and listen to at your convenience. It's the best way to discover new rising artistes from your home country or the Caribbean in general, including music events and festivals that are taking place. Placing an Order:
To download music from your favourite artiste, you first need to Register. Your artiste will thank you for doing so as it tells them that you appreciate their work and are willing to support them. You will need either a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or a PayPal account to process your order. All credit card payments are secured by industry standard SSL Encryption and at no time do we hold or store your credit card information. Some personal information is needed such as your name, email address and billing address. Please review our Privacy Policy to see what we do with your information.

The following are things you need to know about the music you are purchasing:

File Formats:
There are two available files formats to choose from when you are checking out - MP3 and WAV. So what's the difference?

MP3 Files
These are standard quality music files used by the average music fan for playback on a mobile device, computer, car stereo, home entertainment system, etc. It's a compressed format (320 Kbps) and the file size is smaller than the original WAV file. These files come with album artwork and ID3 tags

WAV Files
These are premium quality music files used by individuals that need the extra fat to blast out sounds through a large sound system like those used in clubs, stage shows, street jams, carnival truck, etc. When every sound detail counts, the WAV file is what's needed. It's the same quality as a CD or the original master and is best for converting music files down to MP3 format. These files do not come with the album artwork and full ID tags.

Downloading Your Files:
You have only one attempt at downloading your purchase. After you successfully download the file, the link will expire and you will not be able to re-download the file. Make sure to download your purchases only on a desktop computer where the file can be saved for playback and backed-up. Please read this again!

Re-downloading a Track:
After a track has been successfully downloaded, it will not be available for re-download. You must save your downloaded file on your desktop computer and back it up if necessary.

Using your iPad, Phone or Other Mobile Device:
You can browse, preview clips, and add tracks to your shopping cart, and make a purchase using your credit card or PayPal account. However, you must download the files to your desktop computer, not your mobile device.

Returns and Refunds:
All music sales are final. There are no refunds on downloaded music files. If you experience a problem with the download, please contact us and we will assist you.
